Terms and Conditions - Ordering Travel Service with MAK Travel
Please read our terms and conditions here you will find all the conditions of booking or requesting any travel service with MAK Travel, as we are pleased to present a new reservation system of hotels, transfers, car rental, group tours and city excursions in Cairo, Sharm El Sheiekh, and many other cities on the territory of Egypt.
General notes:
All published prices are in US Dollars.
All published prices include VAT.
All published prices do not include 5% Sales Tax. 5% Sales Tax is charged for all services in Egypt.
All published prices can be changed without price notice.
All published prices are for individual guests. Special group prices are available upon request for the group min 10 people
Booking conditions:
To make your booking please click the button "Booking" and send us "Reservation request "or simply you can send us your request by fax. Booking confirmation will be sent to you by fax or by e-mail within 72 hours after receipt of your order excluding weekends and public holidays in Egypt. An invoice can be sent for the ordered services upon your request.
Cancellation policy:
When pre-payment is received by MAK Travel the dedicated reservation manager will send you by fax or by e-mail the confirmation with reference number and details for all ordered services
Group Tours policy:
Group should not be less than 8 people.
With you request a primary group list should be attached with the request.
After receiving our confirmation by e-mail or by fax a deposit of 30% should be transferred to our bank account with in 15 working days from receiving our confirmation accompanied by our invoice.
To request a group tour it should be minimum 45 days before arrival date.
Amendment should be made 30 days before group arrival maximum 15 days before arrival and this should include a final rooming list and flight details to be sent from your side.
70% of the payment should be sent to us minimum 21 days before arrival.
Transfer and car rental:
Full payment must be received by us for the total coast of the rented vehicle.
In case of prolonging the service there will be hourly charge according to our published rates and vehicle type.
